Recipe: Orange Balsamic Vinaigrette

This is a super-easy and very tasty dressing.  We use this with cooked beets for a cold beet salad.  Delicious!

1/2 c orange juice
1/2 c balsamic vinegar
1t dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste

That's it!  Whisk it together and pour it over a salad or use it as a marinade.
